compensation: $20 per hour or trade for two nights stay at the condo normally $440 plus tax

Will need to move air handler to one side on blocks or suspend from ceiling while we remove rotted wood base and replace with new drip pan and set handler on concrete blocks in drip pan. Or have custom steel stand made. Air handler is in a closet second floor. Also need help snaking drain and installing new toilet on 2nd floor with spriral stair case. Need the help between Sept 6 and 11
